Scheduling
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs. White & Thweatt provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Once an appointment has been made with our office, it is necessary to allow at least 48-business hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled time. A broken appointment fee will be applied to your account at a rate of $25 per ½ hour of time scheduled with our office. Please note that we will make one attempt either by phone or by email, whichever you prefer, 1 week prior to your appointment time to remind you of your appointment.
