Dawn: Office Manager/Billing Coordinator

Dawn has been with our practice since 1998 starting her employment as a Dental Assistant.  Having a background in the clinical aspects of dentistry since 1993, her chairside manner with patients helped to build great relationships with our patients.  In 2002, she transitioned to the position of Office Manager/ Billing Coordinator and is now responsible for coordinating patient financing, treatment planning along with Ashley, specialist referrals, keeping up with patients’ outstanding insurance claims, and explaining patients’ statement of account.  She is more than happy to assist our patients with any financial or treatment plan concerns that may arise.

In her off-hours, Dawn enjoys spending as much time with her husband, son, daughter, (her great dane, too) as she can.  She enjoys taking trips to the mountains, vacations at the beach, reading, working in her vegetable gardern, watching her son do Karate, and her daughter at dance.  She loves a little quiet time with her husband, watching movies and eating junk food.  Because of her pride and dedication to her family, she is able to share with our patients, as if they were family, all the joy that her family brings to her.

One thing that patients will take note of is the closeness that our staff have with each other.  While each of us has our own family life, we all consider each other family as well.  The friendships that have developed over the years show through in our work and how our office functions.
